Jessica R. Adams
Jessica R. Adams is a sex counsellor, educator and artist based in Cape Town, South Africa. She holds a Master of Education from the University of Salzburg, Austria, diplomas in Sex Education and Counselling, and certification from the Betty Dodson Foundation in New York. Her work explores the intersection of pleasure, embodiment and sexual wellbeing, with a particular interest in how body literacy, education and cultural narratives shape our relationship with sexuality across the lifespan. Through counselling and creative practice, including genital body castings, she invites honest conversations about pleasure and intimacy, and holds space for bodies to simply exist, without the need to perform.
Chant Malan
Chant is a clinical sexologist, counselling psychologist, researcher, and SASHA's Gauteng Chairperson. They came into psychology from a background in politics and philosophy, with a focus on queer, critical, feminist and fat studies. As a result, their work is intersectional, sex-positive and unafraid of the topics most people skirt.
Arlynn Revell
Arlynn Revell is an academic, researcher, educator, and sexual health professional with more than twenty years of experience spanning sexuality, reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, education, and research. She holds master's degrees in Family and Sexuality Studies (cum laude) from KU Leuven, Belgium, and in Human Ecology from the University of the Western Cape. Arlynn is currently affiliated with the Psychology Department at the University of Fort Hare, where she holds a DSI-NRF research position in Sexualities, Genders and Queer Studies, and has also worked with the University of Johannesburg and the University of the Western Cape. Her clinical experience includes work as a sexologist and counsellor at DISA Health Care Clinic in Johannesburg, and she served as an HIV/AIDS Consultant for TrustAfrica in Dakar, Senegal,
Ms Bridget Scholes
Bridget Scholes is a Sexologist, educator, creative writer, and Erotic Embodiment Educator based in Collingwood, Melbourne. She holds a Research Master’s in Sexology and works through a qualitative, narrative, embodied, and relational approach grounded in research, lived-experience meaning-making, and safe storytelling spaces. Her practice focuses on sexuality, creativity, spirituality, holistic wellbeing, and the erotic body, with a strong emphasis on inner coherence, sensory presence, pleasure literacy, and body-based attunement. Bridget is a member of the Society of Australian Sexologists. Her published work includes Erotic Felt Sense as a Clinical Innovation: Erotic Embodiment, Creative Expression, and Storytelling for Holistic Sexual Health, which advances an embodied and narrative-informed approach to sexual health care. Her broader community-based work includes the development of Bridget’s Bus, a mobile sexual-health, storytelling, and wellbeing initiative.
